In October 2022 Rosemary Connolly Solicitors were pleased to secure a settlement in the sum of £30,000 for a client who had worked for a major financial institution and who, some years ago, had been subjected to a sustained campaign of sexual harassment.
Although the incidents occurred several decades ago, it was clear that the institution had knowledge of the propensity of the harasser to engage in conduct of this nature and the Plaintiff was delighted to recover compensation for the unacceptable treatment to which she had been subjected.
