Leanne completed her Law degree at Queen’s University Belfast before attending the University of Law in London where she completed her master’s degree in Law and Business and qualified as a solicitor.
Leanne has extensive experience of providing legal advice and assistance on all aspects of Employment and Equality Law and regularly acts for both Employers and Employees in bringing and defending Employment and Equality claims in the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals.
Leanne also offers professional assistance to corporate clients on a wide range of matters including drafting shareholder and trustee agreements, preparing and reviewing legal charge and security documentation, drafting contracts of employment, reviewing company policies, equality and diversity training and advising on immigration requirements when employing workers from outside of the UK and Ireland.
Leanne is a member of several associations and sits on the committee of the Employment Lawyers Group NI.
Leanne is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
