Rosemary Connolly is Principal of the firm and specialises in Employment and Equality Law. She has headed up her own Practice for 25 years and brings experience and a track record of success .
Prior to establishing the practice, Rosemary was Director of Legal Services with the (then) Fair Employment Commission with overall responsibility for the exercise of its legal Case-law duties and formulation of legal strategy. She has previously been a Board member of the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland and she has conducted courses and conferences on all aspects of Equality and Discrimination Law. She has written and lectured extensively in this field and formerly a member of the Senate of Queens University, Belfast. Rosemary has also held appointments as legal Commisioner with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.

Leanne was educated at Queen's University Belfast and the University of Law in London where she completed her legal practice course and M.S.c in Law and Business. Leanne has extensive experience of providing legal advice and assistance on all aspects of employment and equality law including; Advising on best practice in disciplinary and grievance procedures, Managing performance improvement procedures, Varying contracts of employment, Advising on TUPE recruitment and selection, Compliance with equality legislation and best practice guidelines, Undertaking fair redundancy consultations, Bringing and defending employment and equality tribunal claims.
Rachel has significant experience in all areas of legal advice and representation. She has particular experience in the area of Family Law and can provide expert and friendly advice and assistance in all legal proceedings concerning Separation, Divorce, Contact and Residence arrangements for children.
In addition, Rachel can offer professional advice and representation in relation to House Sales and Purchases, Accident Claims, Will making and the Administration of Estates, together with Debt Recovery, Youth Court, Criminal Proceedings, Magistrates Court, County Court and High Court proceedings.
Emma has an undergraduate degree in Law with Criminology LLB and completed her Postgraduate Solicitor training course in Queen’s Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast.
Emma has experience in general legal practice. She deals primarily with residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and also Administration of Estates, creating Wills, drawing up Enduring Power of Attorneys and Controllership applications.
